Manager of Sigmar Recruitment’s Munster Operations and oversees recruitment teams across a variety of sectors. Before joining Sigmar, Denis worked at senior management level for a recruitment company in the UK, where he progressed to Associate Director level before returning to Ireland in October 2020.

Holds a degree in Psychology from Trinity College Dublin and has studied Creativity and Change at MTU Cork. As a neurodiverse woman who faced barriers in both secondary and higher education, she is deeply aware of the challenges encountered by individuals with disabilities and passionate about challenging the injustices they face.

Postgraduate credentials in education, rehabilitation, coaching, and coaching psychology. Mary is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and brings a wealth of knowledge on how to support participants in their personal and professional growth.

Edward Crowley - Accelerator Programme Facilitator offers guidance and assistance to participants. He is passionate about education and inclusivity, and is a qualified Additional Needs Assistant. Ed brings patience, empathy, energy and  a sense of fun to his work. His commitment to helping others makes him a valued member of the team.

Noreen Murphy - Empower Programme Manager has been supporting people with disabilities for over 20 years, helping them build confidence in their communication skills and achieve meaningful, lasting employment. As manager of the Empower Programme, she brings expertise and empathy to her work.

Claire Mitchell joined the See My Skills team as a Programme Administrator. With many years of experience in the printing industry, she brings strong administration skills and a love of working with people. Claire has lived with MS for over 20 years and has developed a strong understanding of how to lead a full life while managing a disability.
