Before joining Sigmar, Denis worked at senior management level for a recruitment company in the UK, where he progressed to Associate Director level before returning to Ireland in October 2020.

Ciarán Finnegan - Managing Director of See My Skills.

Ciarán joins See My Skills as Managing Director after spending the first 9 years of his career in corporate environments.  Ciarán previously worked as Country Head of Human Resources for a global workplace services organisation and more recently worked as Chief Operating Officer for a multinational professional services firm.

Ciarán authored a book for early professionals called 'Lessons from the Ladder' and holds a BA degree in economics and Master of Science degree in Management.  

Jacob Davies - Accelerator Programme Facilitator Jacob joins See My Skills after working in UK secondary schools for 5 years as an Academic Mentor. He will run the Accelerator Programme weekly, offering engaging delivery and enthusiastic support to participants.

Noreen Murphy - Empower Programme Manager has been supporting people with disabilities for over 20 years, helping them build confidence in their communication skills and achieve meaningful, lasting employment. As manager of the Empower Programme, she brings expertise and empathy to her work.

Claire Mitchell joined the See My Skills team as a Programme Administrator. With many years of experience in the printing industry, she brings strong administration skills and a love of working with people. Claire has lived with MS for over 20 years and has developed a strong understanding of how to lead a full life while managing a disability.
