    VICE CHAIR & COMPANY SECRETARY

    HR and Finance Manager for both Wm O’Brien companies, plays a pivotal role in ensuring operational efficiency and financial sustainability at See My Skills.

  • Denis Cremin

    TRUSTEE

    Manager of Sigmar Recruitment’s Munster Operations and oversees recruitment teams across a variety of sectors. Before joining Sigmar, Denis worked at senior management level for a recruitment company in the UK, where he progressed to Associate Director level before returning to Ireland in October 2020.

  • Maggie O'Shea

    TRUSTEE

    Holds a degree in Psychology from Trinity College Dublin and has studied Creativity and Change at MTU Cork. As a neurodiverse woman who faced barriers in both secondary and higher education, she is deeply aware of the challenges encountered by individuals with disabilities and passionate about challenging the injustices they face.

  • Mary O'Grady

    TRUSTEE

    Postgraduate credentials in education, rehabilitation, coaching, and coaching psychology. Mary is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and brings a wealth of knowledge on how to support participants in their personal and professional growth.

    With a background in Governance, Quality and Project Management and twelves years working in London in the charity sector, Callum brings a wealth of experience working in organisations supporting older people, disabled people and LGBT+ people.

  • Gwen Healy

    ACCELERATOR PROGRAMME ADMINISTRATOR

    With a background working within the community and not for profit sector where she has spent many years supporting individuals and families facing challenges within sectors including disability, education and employment. She has an undergraduate degree from UCC in Early Childhood Studies as well as a Masters in Applied Social Studies. She has a keen interest in supporting individuals to overcome challenges in order to achieve their personal goal.
